PROVISIONS FOR TRANSFORMATION AND INSTALLATION FOR OTHER TYPES OF
GAS
All our appliances are inspected and set for liquid gas (see data plate on the inside).
Any transformation or adaptation to other types of gas must be carried out only by a skilled technician. Nozzles for the various
types of gas are contained in the small bag supplied and are marked in hundredths of mm (see Specification table).
MINIMUM ADJUSTMENT Fig.A
After tranforming the appliance for another type of gas, the minimum flame must be adjusted by turning screw (3) to the right
or left until the minimum thermal power measures 5,2 kW.

Substitution of the Main Burner Nozzles

In order to gain access to the appliance it is necessary to open the cabinet doors and remove the front protection, then
loosen the screw fittings.
With a suitable spanner, unscrew the nozzle (22) and substitute it with the appropriate one (refer to Specifications table).

Substitution of the Pilot Burner Nozzles

The flame of the pilot burner has fixed air flow. The only step necessary is the substitution of the nozzle (4) according to the
type of gas. To do this, remove thefront protection as specified above, unscrew the connection (5) with the appropriate spanner,
and substitute the nozzle (4) with an appropriate one. With the correct nozzle, the flame must lick the thermocouple.
Important!
After transformation to another type of gas, the data plate specifications must also be changed to the type of gas for which
the appliance is now set up.

CHECKING APPLIANCE OPERATION

Instructions for use are supplied with the appliance.
Check for any gas leaks.
Check the pilot flame; it should be blue and lick the thermocouple, otherwise the pilot burner nozzle must be checked.
Check ignition and the main burner flame.
The appliance should always be used according to the instructions supplied.
