Empty the pressure tank of condensation (A & A EX 3GD)
Empty condensation from the vacuum cleaner's condensed air pressure tank when its
efficiency is reduced, see figure 13(A).
1.
Turn off vacuum cleaner and disconnect compressed air hose from pressure tank.
2.
Disconnect pressure tank from vacuum cleaner, see figure 13(B).
3.
Empty pressure tank, see figure 13(C).
4.
Reconnect pressure tank.

Clean the ejector nozzle

See figure 17.
1.
Unscrew and take off the ejector lid, see figure 17(A) and 17(B).
2.
Use a pipe cleaner (Ø2.5, L=500mm) to clean the nozzle, see figure 17(C).
3.
Put back the ejector lid.

Routine inspection and service

Follow the list below to routinely inspect, and repair or replace worn and damaged parts
on the inside and outside of the vacuum cleaner. See also Appendix: Service form. Contact
your nearest authorized distributor or Nederman for advice on technical service or if you
require help with spare parts.

Suction hoses, couplings
Gaskets
Cartridge filter
Filter bag
Silencer material
Float ball
Ejector nozzle
Wear plate, silo
Wear plate, grit and dust separator
VACUUM ON
If specified vacuum is not reached
Abnormal noise level.

What to look for
Leaking suction hoses and couplings.
Worn out, aged and leaking gaskets.
Worn out filters.
Full or torn filter bag.
Damaged silencing material.
Dirty float ball.
Dirty ejector nozzle.
Damaged or frayed rubber pad on the wear plate.
See Section 9, Troubleshooting.
Risk of equipment damage.
Service
Replace.
Replace.

Clean or replace a full filter bag. Replace a torn
filter bag.

Clean the float ball at least once a month.
