11. Additional sensors can be connected to the socket marked
"MSB" on the current sensor. If necessary it is possible to con-
nect two sensors to the sensor bus using a Y-lead (# 8 5030).
8. S
ETTING UP A REMOTE
If necessary, the current sensor's RESET button can also be
operated "remotely". This is the procedure:
1. Solder a two-core extension lead to the solder pads on the
current sensor's circuit board marked by arrows in
2. Use a square-section file to create an opening in the top of the
current sensor case close to the cable exit, so that the
extension lead is not crushed when the case is re-assembled
(see arrow in
Fig. 8).
3. Solder a push-button to the other end of the extension lead,
and insulate each joint with a heat-shrink sleeve.

PC
PROGRAM
The Current Sensor 150 A can be connected on its own to a PC
or notebook using a MULTImate (# 8 2094) or the MULTIPLEX
Launcher PC program and the PC connecting lead (# 8 5149), for
the purpose of configuring the unit.
The MULTIPLEX Launcher PC program can be downloaded at
no charge from the MULTIPLEX website (www.multiplex-rc.de).
This program, or the MULTImate (V1.52 or later) opens up the
following options:
The following points can be activated and adjusted using
the MULTImate or MULTIPLEX Launcher
Address at the transmitter or Telemetry-Display
Address
at which the actual current flowing is displayed
Upper current value, above which an alarm is
Upper alarm
triggered
Lower current value, below which an alarm is
Lower alarm
triggered
Supplementary output of minimum, average or
Option
maximum current
Option address Address at which the option value is displayed
Period which elapses before the measurement
Delay time
commences (after switching ON)
Address at which the discharged energy or
Address
residual charge is displayed
Batt. capacity
Nominal capacity of the connected battery
Display in
Display in charge (mAh) or as percentage (%)

! Note:
We advise you to keep your MULTImate or MULTIPLEX Laun-
cher current by updating it at regular intervals.
