Install the plugs (38) into the ends of the bag arm
tubes (14).

Insert the end of the hopper bag pivot rod (8) through
an upper hopper tube and then install a 5/8" long
spacer (31) and a bag arm tube (14) onto the end of
the rod.
•
Slide the rod through the stitched sleeve at the front
of the mesh wind screen and then install another 5/8"
long spacer and bag arm tube onto the rod.

Push the hopper bag pivot rod through the upper
hopper tube on the other side of the sweeper, then
install a small hairpin cotter (34) in each end of the
rod.

Insert the bag frame strap (9) through the stitched
sleeve at the front edge of the bag bottom.

Attach the bag frame strap to the lower hopper tubes
using two 1/4" x 1-1/4" hex bolts (21) and 1/4" nylock
nuts (27).
•
Fold the bag flaps around the lower hopper tubes and
attach to the snaps on the bag bottom.
