Notes before installation
1. Before installation, you will need a drill, a screwdriver for the wall.
These items are not supplied with the bell.
2. Avoid placing the transmitter on metal structures.
3. Avoid placing it on heat sources such as radiators, or in wet areas
such as kitchens or bathrooms.
How to use the bell?
By pressing the key on the transmitter, a wireless signal will be sent to
the receiver. The receiver will be activated and will sound. The
communication range is 300 metres (in open field) and you can use the
receiver anywhere indoors (indoor use only). However, the
transmission range will be reduced if the signal has to pass through
walls or ceilings and metal or UPVC door frames can also reduce the
operating range.

Installation of the battery
Transmitting unit
1.
Remove the nameplate cover.
2.
Remove the silica gel cap using fine tipped tweezers or a needle.
3.
Unscrew the screw using a screwdriver.
4.
Insert a flathead screwdriver into the slot at the bottom of the
transmitter and open the front cover.
5.
Install the 3V CR2032 battery with the correct polarity.
6.
Close the front cover.
7.
Tighten the screw and put the silica gel plug back into the hole.
8.
Replace the nameplate cover.

Wall mounting
To install it you will need a drill and a crosshead screwdriver.
IMPORTANT: Before drilling a hole in the wall, please make sure there
are no cables or pipes that you can accidentally drill.
Transmitting unit
1. Open the transmitter with a screwdriver and separate the
front cover from the rear cover as indicated above. Then fix
the screws on the wall at a suitable height. Placing the
transmitter on metal surfaces will reduce the transmission
range. (Diagram 1)
2. Or you can stick the transmitter with the double-sided
adhesive. (Diagram 2)
