aggressive and may reduce the structural strength of the polycarbonate or scratch the visor surface, which could
reduce its mechanical and optical properties. If scratches or damage are present on the visor, we recommend
that it be replaced.
All painted surfaces are subject to a natural alteration due to exposure to atmospherics; particularly some
colorings made with Fluo or UV paints could be subject to a faster migration phenomenon with a drop in
intensity. The phenomenon could be enhanced when the helmet is exposed for long periods to a particularly
intense light. Suomy therefore, cannot be held responsible for alterations of the painted surfaces due to wear
(effects of sunlight, vapors, detergents, crashes, scratches).
This does not jeopardize the performances and the quality of SUOMY GT-R.
Suomy denies all responsibility if this occurs.
LIFE
The helmet and visor's life depend on several degenerative factors. Store correctly in a way that avoids changes
in temperature or exposure to sunlight, and maintains a correct degree of humidity. Inspect the helmet regularly
to check for any damage! Cracks, detached parts, warping, flaking and changes in color are significant elements
for verifying the helmet's state of deterioration; in any case, we advise to replace the helmet after approximately
5 years because over time its capacity for protection decreases due to the aging of the material.
The manufacturing date is shown on the inside of the helmet.
