Wait around thirty seconds. After this time, the
PowerSpot Water bulbs will start to light up.
And two minutes later the device will show
its 100% power. For mobiles and rechargeable
batteries, this time will be enough for the Ex-
plorer to reach the necessary voltage. In case
of lighting up several light bulbs its maximum
performance will be obtained after ten minutes,
and it will maintain it if the same heat is provid-
ed on its base and there is water inside the de-
vice.
Connect to the desired device. The experience
will tell us what is the necessary flame; this is
surprisingly low (the lowest flame of an alco-
hol burner). For maximum performance it will
be necessary around 2,500 watts, which equals
to the highest flame of a small burner of a
house-cooking hob.
Supervise the level of water and NEVER let it
dry. If the connected bulbs loose intensity, it
means the water is running out. From the mo-
ment the water from the external deposit has
run out, or if this system has not been used –
you have one or two hours (depending on the
flame) until the Explorer dries out, and around a
minute to fill it with liquid before it breaks irrep-
arably. However, if you use the automatic filling
system, you will only have to refill it with water
once or twice a day. It is convenient to check
from time to time that the system is working:
the valve could be obstructed with impurities,
the tube could move from its place in the exte-
rior recipient, etc.
