RECOMMENDED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
BIO-CIRCLE MAXI 55D600
Do not open the sink while heavy objects are placed inside as it may cause
damage to the unit.
1. Use a bucket vacuum or an absorbent pad to remove high concentration
of inorganic contaminants in suspension inside the liquid tank. Then,
turn on the cleaning pump and let the fluid circulate for a couple of
hours. The liquid will flow through the filter (item D page 5), which will
remove the remaining contaminants.
2. Liquid filter (item D page 5) and filter bag should be inspected periodically.
If liquid filter (item D page 5) is clogged or very dirty, (weak or no liquid flow
through brush and flexible faucet) replace it. If filter bag doesn't drain,
replace it. See the section "ACCESSORIES" for a listing of available filter
cartridges.
3. Ensure that the float switch moves freely.
4. The pH of the cleaning solution should always be between 6 and 9. If the
pH of the solution is outside this range, please contact the BIO-
CIRCLE™ technical support line. See pages 20-21 for contact
information.
5. Inspect the electrical cord and plug regularly. Replace any damaged parts.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
Walter recommends that your
cleaned annually to perform at optimal efficiency.
Depending on the application, inorganic matter can accumulate as sludge at
the bottom of the tank over time, which can negatively affect the
bioremediation activity.
