Not all of the accessories illustrated or described
are included as standard delivery.
Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all power
tool models, in this case specific models
are not indicated in the illustration.

Mount / dismount additional handle 9 as shown on
fig. 1.
Mounting / replacement of accessories (see fig. 2)
With long-term use the drill bit may be-
come very warm; use gloves to remove
it.
Keyless chuck (see fig. 2)
• Open the jaws of the keyless chuck 1, rotating its
front part as shown in figure 2.
• Mount / replace the accessory�
• Tighten the keyless chuck 1 without skewing the ac-
cessory as it is shown in figure 2.
Mounting / dismounting of the keyless chuck (see
fig. 3-4)
• To mount the keyless chuck 1, carry out the opera-
tions in consecutive stages as it is shown in figure 3.
• To dismount the keyless chuck 1, carry out the op-
erations in consecutive stages as it is shown in fig-
ure 4�
Attention: keep in mind that in the pro-
cess of mounting / dismounting of the
drill chuck 1 the screw 11 has a left-hand
thread.
Screwdriver bit / magnetic holder (see fig. 5)
When using the power tool as a screwdriver, use
magnetic holder 13 for reliable locking of screwdriver
bits 12 (see fig. 5). A magnetic holder 13 is not needed
for extended screwdriver bits 12 (specially purposed
for screwdrivers)�
Initial operating of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.
Switching the power tool on / off
Make sure that the reverse switch 6 is not centred;
this blocks on / off switch 7.

Short-term switching on / off
To switch on, press and hold on / off switch 7, to switch
off - release it�
Long-term switching on / off
Switching on:
Push on / off switch 7 and lock it in the position with
lock-on button 10�
Switching off:
Push and release on / off switch 7�

Release the on / off switch 7�
Design features of the power tool
Function switch (see fig. 6)

Switching the operation modes shall be
carried out only in the off mode of the
tool's motor.
Function switch 3 is designed for the switching the
following operation modes of the tool:
Drilling (set the function switch 3 in the position indi-
cated in figure 6.1) - non-impact drilling in wood, syn-
thetics, metal�
Screwing (set the function switch 3 in the position indi-
cated in figure 6.2) - for screwing in of threaded fasten-
ing elements� In this operation mode, it's possible to
set one of the 20 torque values�
Impact drilling (set the function switch 3 in the posi-
tion indicated in figure 6.3) - impact drilling in masonry,
concrete, natural stone�
Torque regulator
Rotate the regulator 2 in order to set one of the 18 (20
for models CT10152, CT10152F) torque values most
suitable for the work performed�
It is recommended to set the torque regula-
tor 2 into the position "Drill" to perform drill-
ing�
Step speed selector switch
Attention: one can only change the revo-
lutions per minute range after the engine
fully stops.
