TUBE BENDER SET MULTI SIZE
BENDING
01. Make sure the shaft on the Tube Bender
Body is at the original position by pulling
the Ratchet Handle away from the body.
02. Install both Mandrel and
Cross Bar Adapters onto
the Tube Bender Body.
03. Place the appropriate Mandrel and cross
bar on to the Reverse Adaptor. Remember
to rotate the Support Blocks of appropriate
size facing the Mandrel.
04. Place the Copper Pipe into the Mandrel.
Press the Ratchet Handle to move the
cross bar and the pipe will start bending
when it touches the Mandrel.
05. Our JAVAC Edge Multi-size Tube Bender
comes with patented 90˚ indicator. When
the arrow is lined up with the size you are
bending, it means you have reached 90˚.
