Provide equipment that may improve safety. This equipment is an aid to safety and should
under no circumstances replace close supervision.
Safety fence, with the gate kept closed at all times.
Manual or automatic protective cover, correctly installed and attached.
Electronic presence or fall sensor, switched on and in good working order.
Telephone within easy access of the pool (portable or otherwise).
Lifebuoy and pole next to the pool.
In the event of an accident:
Get the child out of the water as quickly as possible.
Immediately call the emergency services and follow the instructions given to you.
Replace wet clothes with warm blankets.
18 – Winter Storage Advice
Never empty your pool.
Remove floating debris (leaves, twigs, insects, etc) using a strainer.
Clean the bottom of the pool using a suction cleaner.
Check the pH using a tester kit, and adjust the pH if necessary.
Use a winter storage product in accordance with the volume of water in the pool (refer to the
instructions on the packaging of the product).
Run the filtration system for at least 4 hours.
Lower the level of the water below the level of the skimmer.
Carefully drain the filtering unit (pump and tank), and store it in premises sheltered from exposure to
freezing conditions.
Fit an outlet blanking plug and disconnect the hoses (this item is not supplied in the kit).
Cover the pool with a wintering sheet.
N.B. If you do not cover your pool and the water freezes, do not break the ice that forms. In
periods of extremely cold weather, you can place a floating object in the pool to reduce the
likelihood of ice formation.
19 – Guarantee
Our pools are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect under normal conditions of use.
This guarantee is limited to replacement of parts recognised to be defective, by your retailer.
The liners are guaranteed for one year against seal defects (detachment). The guarantee does
not apply to holes, which are often due to mishandling during assembly or the inappropriate use of
treatment products. Porosity problems are due to inappropriate or excessive use of treatment
products.
IMPORTANT!
For the guarantee to be valid, you should keep a proof of purchase bearing the retailer's stamp
and the date of purchase.
