If you have any other issues with Dora, please contact our customer service or a
professional repair service. Do not try to repair the machine yourself.
Rotate the tray horizontally by 180°. The shelves have a
designated top and bottom.
Make sure that the ingredients placed on each shelf are
not overlapping.
Check that the ingredients are not obstructing air
circulation.
Occasionally rotate the trays from top to bottom
during the drying process. This will ensure that you
achieve the best possible results.
You can counteract discoloration with lemon juice,
which should be drizzled on the ingredients before they
dry.
Flip your ingredients from the tray 2­3 hours after the
start of the programme, depending on the type of food
and turn them over.
For fine ingredients such as herbs, use dehydration foil.
