Mounting / replacement polishing accessories
(see fig. 3-4)

Prior to mounting polishing sponge 11
or polishing bonnet 12, ensure that the
given sanding accessories is suitable for
the specific power tool model (ensure
that the accessory comprises adhesive surface
and is of proper dimensions).
• Position the power tool so that sanding plate 8 is
pointed upwards (see fig. 3-4).
• In the case of changing the polishing accessory, lift
the brim of polishing accessory and remove it pulling
the brim further�
• Put the polishing accessory on the sanding plate 8�
Follow the rules below:
• the polishing layer should be on top (adhesive
surface of sanding plate 8 must be attached to the
adhesive surface of the polishing accessory);
• the brims of polishing accessory and sanding
plate 8 must match�
• Firmly press the polishing accessory against the
surface of sanding plate 8�
Attention: when pressing the sheet,
ensure that the polishing accessory
remains properly placed on sanding
plate 8.
Mounting / dismounting of the dust bag (see
fig. 5)

• To mount, insert the connecting pipe of dust bag 10
into the dust removal port 7 (see fig. 5).
• To dismount, pull out the connecting pipe of dust
bag 10 from dust removal port 7�
Emptying the dust bag (see fig. 6)

• Disconnect the power tool and remove dust bag 10
in the manner described above�
• Remove textile bag 14 from the plastic body 13 (see
fig. 6).
• Taking the precautions described above, empty the
content of textile bag 14 by shaking, for better results,
turn the bag inside out and use a soft brush to clean it�
When washing textile dust bag 14, use it only after
the bag has dried completely.
• Put textile dust bag 14 on plastic body 13�
Mounting / dismounting of the dust-collecting con-
tainer (see fig. 7)

• During assembly put the dust-collecting container 15
onto a dust removing port 7 (see fig. 7.1).
• During disassembly take the dust-collecting con-
tainer 15 off from the dust removing port 7 (see
fig. 7.2).

Monitor the dust-collecting container 15
filling, and empty it promptly according
to safety precautions described above.
• Turn off the power tool and take off the dust-collect-
ing container 15 as described above�
• Press on two holding locks on the cover 16 and take
the cover 16 off (see fig. 8.1).
• Observing safety regulations, dump the container
body 17 contents out; for better results, clean the in-
ner surfaces of the body 17 and cover 16 with a soft
brush (see fig. 8.2-8.3). Attention: in case of clean-
ing dust-collecting container 15 with water, use it
only after complete drying.
• Install the cover 16 on its place - both cover plastic
holding locks 16 should click (see fig. 8.4)�
Initial operating of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.
Switching the power tool on / off

Switching on:
Move switch 5 to the right (see fig. 9.1).
Switching off:
Move switch 5 to the left (see fig. 9.2).

Switching on:
Set on / off switch 5 into the "ON" position (see fig. 9.3).
Switching off:
Set on / off switch 5 into the "OFF" position (see
fig. 9.3).

Short-term switching on / off
To switch on, press and hold on / off switch 5, to switch
off - release it�
Long-term switching on / off
Switching on:
Push on / off switch 5 and lock it in the position with
lock-on button 6�
Switching off:
Push and release on / off switch 5�
Dust suction during the power tool op-
eration
Dust collection decreases dust concentra-
tion in the air and prevents build up of dust
at the work station�
