overlap the preceding one� Do not delay the spray gun
in one spot - this will cause drips�
• Do not interrupt spraying within the treated sur-
face�
• Do not allow reservoir 6 to empty when working�
Tube 33 should be immersed in the liquid at all times,
otherwise the spraying process will be stopped, and
the surface will be treated unevenly�
Power tool maintenance / preventive
measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Cleaning of the power tool (see fig. 2-3, 14-19)
The power tool must be cleaned after the
completion of work.

• Press on / off switch 15 so that the residues of the
sprayed material drain into reservoir 6�
• Unscrew reservoir 6 and discharge the sprayed
material residues (see fig. 2). Pour an appropriate
solvent into reservoir 6 and connect it to the spray
gun� Shake the spray gun, then switch it on and spray
the solvent into an empty reservoir 6� Repeat several
times until the spray gun is absolutely clean� If you
have been working using flexible extension hose 27,
then it should be installed at this step of the cleaning
procedure�
• Wipe the power tool case with a cloth moistened
with an appropriate solvent� Prevent the solvent from
getting into the power tool�
• Disassemble the spray gun as shown in figures 14-16.
• Unscrew reservoir 6 and wipe it with a clean cloth�
• Remove tube 33 and make sure it is clean� Clean it,
if necessary�
• Disassembly and clean filter 32 with the use of
a solvent and a soft brush, then assembly and put
filter 32 in place�
• Using rod 21 clean suction hole 34, drain hole 35
and nozzle 1 (see fig. 16).
• Using a brush and solvent, clean all removed parts
and mount them back strictly following the installa-
tion sequence� Please note! Using sharp objects
for cleaning spray gun parts (except for the ports
mentioned above) is strictly prohibited.
• To protect internal parts from corrosion, drop a few
droplets of low viscosity oil into suction hole 34 and
drain hole 35�
• Assembly operations do in reverse sequence�
[CT31013, CT31014, CT31014M, CT31015]
• Press trigger 9 so that the residues of the sprayed
material drain into reservoir 6�
• Unscrew cap 7 and discharge the sprayed material
residues (see fig. 3.2). Pour an appropriate solvent
into reservoir 6 and screw cap 7� Shake the spray gun,
then switch it on and spray the solvent into an empty
reservoir 6� Repeat several times until the spray gun is
absolutely clean�
• Wipe the power tool case with a cloth moistened
with an appropriate solvent� Prevent the solvent from
getting into the power tool�
• Disassemble the spray gun unit 8 as shown in
fig� 17�
• Unscrew reservoir 6 and wipe it with a clean cloth
(see. fig 18.1).
• Remove tube 33 and make sure it is clean� Clean it,
if necessary�
• Remove check valve 36 (rotate clockwise and pull it
out) and clean it (see fig. 18.3).
• Disassemble the spray gun unit 8 as shown in
fig. 19.1.
• Using rod 21 clean nozzle 1 (see fig. 19.2).
• Using special wrench 24 unscrew and remove spray
tip 37 (see. fig. 20).
• Using cleaning brush 22 clean suction hole 34 and
installation hole 38 of spray tip 37 (see fig. 21).
• To protect internal parts from corrosion, drop a few
droplets of low viscosity oil into suction hole 34 and
installation hole 38 of spray tip 37 (see fig. 21.2-21.3).
• Using a cleaning brush 22 and solvent, clean all
removed parts and mount them back strictly follow-
ing the installation sequence� Please note! Using
sharp objects for cleaning spray gun parts (ex-
cept for the ports mentioned above) is strictly
prohibited.
• Assembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Air filter replacing (see fig. 22-24)
Attention: it is strictly forbidden to use
power tool without an air filter (filters) 39
or with damaged or seriously clogged air
filter (filters) 39. Operation of the power
tool without air filter (filters) 39 or with damage
air filter (filters) 39 will result in the power tool
damage; in this case you will lose the right to the
warranty repair service.

• Unscrew the screws 40, remove cover 12 and air
filter 39 (see fig. 22).
• Wash air filter 39 in water with soap and dry up thor-
oughly� Attention: do not use petrol, solvents or
caustic substances for washing of air filter 39. If
the impurities of air filter 39 are too heavy and can-
not be cleaned, replace it.
• Install the air filter 39, cover 12 and fix it with
screws 40�
[CT31014, CT31014M, CT31015]
• Remove cover (covers) 12 and air filter (filters) 39
(see fig. 23-24).
• Wash air filter (filters) 39 in water with soap and
dry up thoroughly� Attention: do not use petrol,
solvents or caustic substances for washing of
air filter (filters) 39. If the impurities of air filter
(filters) 39 are too heavy and cannot be cleaned,
replace it.
• Install the air filter (filters) 39 and cover (covers) 12�
