6. Maintenance and storage

Warning!
• The device must be switched off at the main switch after every use and before cleaning.
• Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
• Wipe the massage chair from time to time with a dry, lint-free or slightly damp cloth.
Important!
• Clean the device using only the methods specified.
• Under no circumstances may liquid enter the device.
• Do not use any solvent-based cleaning products.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning products. These can damage the surface.
Artificial leather is sensitive to grease. Clean the massage chair only using care products designated for artificial
leather.

7. What if there are problems

Problem
Grinding noises during
operation.
The massage cannot
be started.
Back rest and leg rest can-
not be raised or lowered.
The massage function
stops when the chair is
in operation.
The massage chair can be folded away to save space when stored.
To do this, follow the process for initial use in section 5 in reverse order.
Cause
These noises are normal and
originate from the operating mo-
tor or from the massage rollers
rubbing against the cushion.
The mains plug is not connected
to the socket.
The massage chair is not swit-
ched on at the main switch.
The cutout switch for the mas-
sage chair has interrupted the
power supply.
Back rest and leg rest are over-
loaded or blocked.
The overheating protection was
triggered.
The maximum operation period
was reached.
Solution
No action is necessary.
Plug the mains plug into the socket.
Switch on the massage chair at the main switch.
In this case, please contact Customer Service.
Remove the objects blocking the device.
Switch off the massage chair and allow to cool
down for 30 minutes before switching on again.
