Maintenance schedule

This schedule is an average. Depending on the intensity of use of your equipment, Holmatro can
provide a specific maintenance schedule for you.

8.4

Maintenance activities

8.4.1 General
WARNING
Oil and grease is explosive in the vicinity of compressed air. Do not connect the regulator if
any oil, grease or damage is present. Have the regulator cleaned by a Holmatro Certified
Technician.
• Check the operation of the unit.
• Check the unit for damage and leaks. If the unit doesn't work properly and/or leaks, have it repaired
by a Holmatro Certified Technician.
• Check the pressure regulator and the compressed air bottle for damaged threads, dirt or dust.
• Remove any dust and dirt with a clean cloth.
8.4.2 O-ring
• Check the O-ring for damage, replace a damaged O-ring.
8.4.3 Hoses
• Check the air hoses for damage, tears and ageing. Replace a damaged or worn air hose.
8.4.4 Pneumatic connectors
• Check the pneumatic connectors and replace damaged connectors
8.5 Yearly dealer maintenance
We recommend having the equipment inspected, checked, set and tested once a year by a Holmatro
Certified Technician who has the appropriate knowledge and the necessary tools (see also section 1.7).
The Holmatro dealer can organize the yearly maintenance for you on a contract basis.
