11.3. Logs

The INGECON SUN ComBox records logs at specific time intervals and stores them in its memory provided that the
time of the device is set.
Configuration of the monitoring interval
To configure the interval at which the INGECON SUN ComBox records logs, access the plant using the
INGECON SUN Manager software and right-click on INGECON SUN ComBox. Select the option INGECON SUN
settings and, if you require, change the monitoring interval set in the option Datalogging time.
When the monitoring interval is changed, all the logs collected using the previous interval will be
deleted.
Once you have changed this value, press Send and the device will begin to record logs at this interval.
Memory for logs
The INGECON SUN ComBox has 93 Kbytes of memory reserved for logs. The amount of logs that can be saved
depends on the monitoring interval set. For example, with an interval of 15 minutes the memory capacity is 31
days.
The options are set out in the following graph.
Collecting logs
In order to collect the logs stored in the INGECON SUN ComBox it is necessary to:
1.
Access the INGECON SUN Manager software.
2.
Connect to the plant where the INGECON SUN ComBox device is configured.
3.
Access the Reading screen and select the day you require.
4.
Press Download to transfer the data from the selected day to the PC.
Following this, if you want to view the downloaded date, access the Data List screen from the software and select
the day for which there is a log (days in bold). Press Ok to view the data on screen. To view the obtained data in a
graph form, access the Graphics screen.
