• Before you begin your exercise program, please seek professional medical advice.
• Tell them which device you wish to train with. You can also show them this user manual. Your
doctor should be happy to give you further important advice for your personal exercises.
• Be sure to follow your doctor's recommendations. Namely if you have heart-, circulatory system-,
body balance-, or orthopedic-problems. Yet also if you are suffering from asthma, during pregnan-
cy, and under medication which may affect your pulse, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
• If you feel uncomfortable or suffer from various diseases, you must not perform any exercises.
Also, please avoid exercising immediately after a meal, when you are tired, or if there are other
circumstances that may negatively affect you during your exercises.
• Do not ignore the signals of your body during your exercises: Stop immediately if you notice
(headache) pain, breathing problems, irregular heartbeat, severe shortness of breath, drowsiness,
dizziness and/or nausea. In this case, contact your doctor before continuing with your exercises.
• If you exercise regularly with our stepper, this will strengthen your cardiovascular system, and
you will feel more comfortable. Plase note: The intensive fitness training will use your entire body.
Therefore you should start very carefully. Gradually and slowly increase, however remember the
necessary breaks. To begin, choose such exercises in which you do not completely "exhaust".
Start with daily exercises which take approx. 10 to 15 minutes. Subsequently - after a few weeks
- you can expand your exercises.
WE WOULD ADVISE YOU ARRANGE YOUR TRAINING AS FOLLOWS:
• Three days of exercises (one after the other)
• One day of rest
• Two days of training (one after the other)
• One day of rest
Leave enough time. It is important that you warm up well before your exercises, and then pause to
recover.
