·
Positioning: suspend the grab, in a stable position, in its open position by its ring (1) (locking pawl (2)
activated).
·
To perform lifting, present the grab vertically to the product to be lifted.
·
Lower the grab until it is applied against the load. Check that the clamp stays in a vertical position
·
Swivel the locking pawl (2) manually whilst starting off the lifting.
·
Release the locking pawl (2) making sure its claw is well above the fastening screw (3) and perform
lifting. Check at all times the loads' stability and good adherence before going on to the next step.
Lay down the load immediately if it starts to slide or turn.
·
Lift the load in a regular way and use the handles (4) to guide the grab. When turning the load (ZAC
model), be sure that there is enough space between the load and eventual obstacles
·
When laying the load down, bring down the grab until the locking pawl automatically locks (2) onto
the fastening screw (3).
·
The grab is locked in the open position. It can be lifted up and it is ready to be used again.
