WARRANTY STATEMENT

LIMITED WARRANTY
The following contains the details of the LIMITED WARRANTY for your Kazam WeeRide
Kangaroo Child Carrier (the "Unit").
All components of the unit carry a Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase
may be required.
Kent International Inc. ("Kent") extends this Limited Warranty only to the original purchaser of
this unit. Kent warrants that the Unit will be free of defects in material and workmanship when
used in normal riding with the Unit installed and used properly. This Limited Warranty does not
cover damage to the Unit due to improper assembly, accident, abuse, neglect, use to transport
cargo, or use by passengers exceeding weight limits.
This Limited Warranty is applicable solely to defects in materials and workmanship which
become evident during the two (2) years after the Unit is purchased. This Limited Warranty does
not apply to any Unit that has been abused, misused, altered by removal or addition of parts and
components, substitution of parts, or used for rental or other commercial purposes. Labor
charges incurred in replacing parts are not included in or covered by this Limited Warranty.
Kent shall in no event be liable for direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages
resulting from the use of this Unit. This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties,
expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable and gives you specific legal rights. You may have other
rights which vary from state to state.
