The device should not be installed or operated in flammable atmospheres.

The device should be installed more than 20 cm away from human body.

The included antenna shall in an indoor dry location.

Outgoing calls and reports (A) are transmitted over the analog phone network (4) by default. If the voltage on
the phone line is too low -static supervision (a)- or after 3 unsuccessful redial attempts from the control panel
(2) -dynamic supervision (b)-, the ITS-300GSM (3) switches to transmission via the GSM mobile network (5).
The information from the control panel is either transmitted transparently as tones (A1) to a phone or alarm
receiver (6) to the dialed number or is sent as an SMS message (A2) to an SMS receiver (7) if this has been
programmed. Phone calls from the house phone (1) can be transmitted via GSM (A1) if the analog phone line
fails (see Parameters, digit 4). If necessary, the ITS-300GSM can also transmit own events (B), such as test
calls and fault/restore of the phone line in the form of an SMS message. Remote programming (C) is possible
with a cell phone (8).
Initial Set-Up (see supplement F.01U.522.647)
1. Set jumper
1.1 Select transmission mode (A1 = transparent transmission, A2 = SMS transmission)
1.2 Select trouble output mode (O1 = trouble phone line or GSM, O2 = trouble GSM)
2. Connect antenna
3. Adjust SIM card for ITS-300GSM with cell phone:
3.1 Test GSM field strength via cell phone display at antenna location
3.2 Remove PIN code from SIM card or change to "0000"
3.3 Programming via SIM card if necessary (see Programming)
3.4 Remove SIM card and insert in ITS-300GSM
4. Mount ITS-300GSM in control panel housing
5. Connect cable to control panel:
5.1 red/black cable parallel to battery in control panel (special terminals)
5.2 gray cable (trouble output) to an alarm line (optionally)
5.3 yellow cable to house phone connection - Important: Required for full functionality
5.4 green cable to phone line connection
