Operation
Switch on power at mains isolator.
Turn the Oven mains switch to position " 1".
Rotate the upper and lower heating elements control knobs to the cooking temperature required. When
the element starts to heat the green indicator light will be on, when the required temperature is reached
the element is turned off and the green light goes out.
When the temperature in the Oven falls, the heating element will automatically turn on again to bring the
temperature back up, the indicator light will come back on when the element start to heat up again.
The temperature in the oven can be read from the indicator dial on the control panel.
Food being cooked can be viewed through the glass panel, use the red switch to turn the light on.
When the food is cooked, if use of the Oven is no longer required, rotate the control knob to '0', then turn
the mains switch to '0' to disconnect the power.
NB: Use caution as this oven can be very hot. Pizzas are normally cooked at 350ºC, this oven
can be heated to 450ºC to pre-heat it prior to cooking
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Before carrying out any kind of maintenance, including cleaning, you must disconnect the oven and wait
for it to cool completely.
Clean the Oven after every cooking session, this will help to maintain the Oven at maximum efficiency and
maintain consistent cooking results.
Cooking residues can be removed from the oven using a wooden or plastic scraper, a soft wire brush can
be used to dislodge hardened debris/spills.
Wipe the exterior of the Oven with a damp cloth.
Trouble Shooting
If your BUFFALO product develops a fault, please check the following table before making a call to your
BUFFALO agent.

Check electrical wiring is correctly connected.
Check the upper and bottom temperature settings.
Wrong input voltage or phase connections, ask a qualified electrician to
check.
Call a BUFFALO dealer if other faults are suspected.
Turn off the chamber and call BUFFALO dealer to replace bulb.
Disconnect from power then call an authorised BUFFALO dealer to check
the electrical circuit.
Re-set the upper and bottom thermal control
Call a BUFFALO dealer to check the heating element.
