Notes:
– Select the blade according to the food you
are preparing and the desired result.
– Carefully insert the food items into the feed
tube.
– Pre-cut food into small pieces to fit to the
diameter of the feed tube.
– For best results, insert food gradually. When
preparing soft food, use a slower speed to
avoid liquefying it. If you need to prepare
large quantities of food, work with the food
processor in several separate batches.
– Standard operating time: < 60 seconds.
C. Assembling the dough hook
1. Place the drive shaft on the motor unit.
2. Place the jug on the drive shaft and turn it in
a clockwise direction to secure firmly to the
motor unit.
3. Place the adapter on the drive shaft.
4. Place the dough hook on the adapter.
5. Turn the dough hook to the appropriate
position and check that it has been securely
fitted to the adapter.
