When replacing the battery (Fig. 6.2), remove the
old battery and ensure correct polarity when
inserting the new battery (type CR 2032).

If a new SmartPack rc or remote control is
purchased to replace lost parts, the sender
frequency between the remote control and the
SmartPacks rc must be readjusted.
This is done as follows:
1. Place the two SmartPacks rc next to each other
and keep holding down the "+" control button
(Fig. 1.3) of the two SmartPacks rc. After
approx. 6 seconds, the heat setting display
(Fig. 1.2) will flash three times and will then
continue to be permanently on in programming
mode.

2. Bring the remote control very close to the two
SmartPacks rc and press and hold the "+" and "–
" control buttons on the remote control (Fig. 3.2)
simultaneously for at least 5 seconds.
IMPORTANT:
The distance between the remote control and the
SmartPacks rc may not be greater than 15 cm.
3. The heat setting displays of the SmartPacks rc
(Fig. 1.2) and the remote control (Fig. 3.1) flash
to confirm the synchronisation.
4. The SmartPacks rc will automatically switch to
POWER-OFF mode after the synchronisation.
