Mounting
The IN3000 Direct safety system is only allowed to
be mounted by authorized specialist personnel.
Select the mounting location and the mounting
position for the safety switch such that
it is difficult for operators to access the safety
switch when the protective device is open,
it is possible to inspect and replace the safety
switch.
Bypassing the inductive safety switch by simple
means or unintentional actuation must be prevented
by appropriate installation features as per
EN ISO 14119.
The IN30-E0407K, IN30-E0305K and IN30-E0208K
safety switches must be installed non-flush (see
Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 6).
The IN30-E0407K safety switch is not allowed to be
installed flush; this type of mounting results in the
categorization I2A12SP2 as per EN 60947-5-2.
The IN30-E0305K safety switch is not allowed to be
installed flush; this type of mounting results in the
categorization I2A18SP2 as per EN 60947-5-2.
The IN30-E0208K safety switch is not allowed to be
installed flush; this type of mounting results in the
categorization I2A30SP2 as per EN 60947-5-2
The IN30-E0306K safety switch is allowed to be
installed flush; this type of mounting results in the
categorization I1A18SP2 as per EN 60947-5-2.
