Washing Food Products
1. The O3 Fruit & Vegetable Washer should be placed in a position
higher than the water level in the bowl to protect the unit from
the backflow of water into the machine. (You may want to place
the bowl in the sink).
2. Only use this product in conjunction with water. Do not use with
other liquids such as soaps or oils.
3. Position the diffusion stone in the middle of the bottom of the
bowl and connect the silicon tube to the O3 port on the side of
the vegetable washer unit. We suggest using the cylindrical
diffusion stone for your fruit and vegetable needs. The round
stone is provided for any other applications you may wish to use
with ozonated water.
4. Place fruits and vegetables into the bowl and fill with water.
Ensure produce and meats are submerged.
5. Press the power button (LED light will show the power is on). Set
the length of washing cycle manually or with the remote.
6. Shut off power before removing vegetables by pressing the
power button and rinse all cleaned products before consuming or
cooking

not move.
2. Press the power button (LED light will show the power is on). Set
the length of ozone production cycle manually or with the
remote.
