The filters should be cleaned when the manometer is in the red field.
Cleaning the filter:
During filter cleaning, the machine should be running and the hose removed from the suction pipe.
1. Press the connector sleeve against the black stop lug on the exhaust duct or against the floor in order to produce maximum
negative pressure in the cyclone.
Open and close the hatch on the side 3-6 times. Air flows into the machine and cleans the filter by creating a reverse pulse.
2. Turn off the machine and let the material fall down. Reconnect the suction pipe.
3. Start the machine.
4. If the manometer needle is back in the green zone, work can continue. If it remains in the red zone, the cleaning process
should be repeated. Some actions (such as those that restrict air flow) may cause the manometer to display a high value
(needle in the red zone). The machine should never be used continuously when the meter is in the red zone, as there is a risk
of overheating. The transition from the green zone to the red zone takes place at 15.5 kPa.
Emptying
The container underneath the cyclone should be emptied when about 2/3 full.
Be careful when releasing the fasteners – they can open with great force – especially when the material is heavy. Be aware that
emptying the container may pose a risk of explosion, i.e. that an explosive atmosphere may occur and that static charge may be
generated by the friction of the particles against the container. For appropriate measures, see CENELEC TR 50404.
When the container is to be emptied, the two fasteners must be carefully released, one at a time, to prevent dust from swirling up
unnecessarily. When the machine's container has been lowered, turn on the separator again so that any stuck particles are
sucked into the filter cyclone.
Carefully remove the filled sack from the edge of the container and immediately seal it tightly.
You must clean the filters before replacing the plastic bag. It should be replaced when the dust level is about 5 cm below the
discharge flap.
Fit a new plastic sack and place the opening carefully back over the edge of the container. Make sure that no creases are formed
and that the sack is not damaged. Then carefully install the tray under the separator and fasten the two hooks, turn off the
