Electric Knife with Storage Case

Assembly

Carefully unpack the electric knife and remove any packaging. Place the unit on a level,
dry and heat resistant surface ready to use. Ensure to read all instructions carefully and
keep them for future use.
1. Wipe all parts with a damp cloth, not wet, so they are clean and free of any manufacturing oils
that may be left on the surface.
NOTE:
Do not use any abrasive cleaners as these may scratch the motor housing (8) or
stainless steel blades (1).
2. To assemble the stainless steel blades (1) hold the blades by the plastic blade handles (2) and
slide the rivet (12) on one blade, into the keyhole (11) on the other blade (Fig.1).
CAUTION:
The stainless steel blades (1) are extremely sharp; always handle by the side
opposite to the cutting edge or by the plastic blade handles (2).

3. Slide the assembled stainless steel blades (1) into the motor housing (8) until it clicks into place.
(Fig.2)
NOTE:
Ensure the plastic blade handles (2) line up before inserting.
NOTE:
Always use both stainless steel blades (1) when carving.
CAUTION:
Always ensure that the stainless steel blades (1) are securely locked into place
before operating.
