Connect one Wheel (E) and the Left Bar (M) with a #2 Bolt, a #5
Flat Washer, a #6 Flat Washer, a #7 Locking Washer, and a #10 Nut
Cap. Repeat process with second wheel and Right Bar (N).
5.
Use one #4 Screw to attach a Support Bar (I) to one of the wheel assemblies.
Repeat process using the second wheel assembly and second Support Bar (I).
6.
Use the Back Cross Bar (O) to connect the wheel and support bar assemblies.
