the measuring method
If you want to carry out a blood
pressure measurement after you have
carried out a blood sugar test, ensure
that the test strip has been removed
from the measuring system and that
the device has switched off.
1. Place the wrist measuring cuff
around your wrist as described on
page 23.
2. Switch the device on by pressing
the -button.
3. When the -button has been
pressed you will hear a beep, and
all display segments in the display will illuminate for around 2 seconds (Fig. 26).This test allows you
to check that the display is working properly. Now the last measured test result is displayed briefly
with date and time (Fig. 27). Directly after this, the system carries out a reset automatically. The
blood pressure measuring system is now ready to measure and starts the measuring process.
