Never use any heating products on open wounds, discolored areas, or any area
of the body that is swollen, burned, bruised, inflamed or where skin eruptions,
ulcerated sores or varicose veins are present.

This product should never be used by any individual suffering from any ailments
that would limit or altogether inhibit the user's capacity to feel or have any
sensation in the body part that this product is being used for.

Use of this product should be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain or
discomfort result, discontinue use and consult your physician.

Ensure that your hands are dry when operating the controls or removing the plug.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
To assemble the heating pad, insert the heating pad completely into the cloth cover
with the electric cord extending out from the cloth cover (Figure 4). If moist heat is
desired, follow instructions in the "Moist Heat Treatment" section.

TO OPERATE
To operate the heating pad, first plug the cord into a
standard 120V electrical outlet and slide switch to the
"ON" position. The indicator light with illuminate to
signal the heating pad is "ON". Slide the switch to the
"OFF" position when done. For maximum benefit,
use should not exceed 20 minutes at one time.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in
a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat
this safety feature.
