Step 8: Attach the Round Pedal Arms
to the Swing Arms
Parts
• Main Assembly from Step 7
Hardware
• #30 - M10 Spring Lock Washer (Qty 2)
• #31 - M10 Wide Flat Washer (Qty 4)
• #32 - M10 Hex Lock Nut (Qty 2)
• #34 - M10 x 85 Button Head Bolt (Qty 2)
Tools
• 6mm Hex Key
• Combination Wrench (or 17mm socket wrench -
not included)
Assembly
Note: This step requires two people.
8-1 Have one person adjust the Cam Assembly, by
rotating it from the Foot Pad until the holes of the
Round Pedal Arm (A2) and the lower holes (H2) in the
Swing Arm bracket align.
8-2 Attach the front end of the Round Pedal Arm to the
bottom holes in the Swing Arm with one M10 x 85
Button Head Bolt, two M10 Wide Flat Washers, one
M10 Spring Lock Washer and one Hex Lock Nut.
8-3 Tighten all hardware on Square and Round Pedal
Arms.
8-4 Repeat Steps 6 thru 8 on opposite side.
