One-Year Limited Warranty For Structural Components
Warner Manufacturing warrants the structural components of the Warner Stilts to be free
of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year following the date of pur-
chase, provided the stilts are properly assembled, operated and maintained in accordance
with the instructions included with the product. Excluded from this warranty are compo-
nents subject to normal wear including, but not limited to, springs and straps, bearings,
sleeves, support cuff pads, and floor pads.
90-Day Limited Warranty
Warner Manufacturing warrants the nonstructural components of the Warner Stilts, includ-
ing those excluded from the One-Year Limited Warranty, to be free of defects in material
and workmanship for a period of 90 days following the date of purchase, provided the stilts
are properly assembled, used and maintained in accordance with the instructions included
with the product.
Both the One-Year Limited Warranty and the 90-Day Limited Warranty are voided by, and
inapplicable to, any damages to the Warner Stilts caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or
modification, or by accidental or intentional act.
All warranties contained herein are non-transferable and limited exclusively to the original
purchasers of the Warner Stilts.
THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE), OR WHETHER ARISING UNDER COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE
OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE.
Warranty Service
For warranty service, return the Warner Stilts or components, with written explanation
of the warranty claim, to Warner Manufacturing with shipping prepaid to the following

If it is determined that warranty service is appropriate, Warner Manufacturing will repair or
replace the stilts or components in question and return the product to you free of charge.
Limited and Exclusive Remedies
These Warranty Remedies are exclusive and are limited to repair or, at the discretion of
Warner Manufacturing, replacement of stilts or components, and do not include inbound
freight, postage, freight losses, or labor charges outside Warner's facility.
Except as otherwise provided herein for Breach of Warranty, the liability of Warner
Manufacturing shall be limited to Warner's invoiced price for the stilts. IN NO EVENT
SHALL WARNER MANUFACTURING BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON
OR ENTITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE STILTS COVERED HEREBY,
WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, TORT, STRICT
LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE.
Warner Manufacturing reserves the right to change, modify or improve the design of
Warner Stilts without assuming any obligations or liabilities relating to any stilts previously
manufactured by Warner Manufacturing.
