The indications provided by the enable LED are shown in the following tables.
IF NO PROBLEM OCCURS
LED STATE
Off
Steady LED on
Slow flashing

IN CASE OF PROBLEMS WITH AUTOMATIC RESET
Messages with automatic reset problems disappear as soon as the condition that caused a problem to the MSC device is
no longer applicable. Refer to the table below to identify the kind of problem:
LED STATE
1 repeated flash
(if the command is disabled)
Short shutdown every 2 seconds
(if command enabled)
2 repeated flashes
3 repeated flashes
4 repeated flashes
5 repeated flashes
(if the command is disabled)
Short shutdown every 2 seconds
(if command enabled)
6 repeated flashes
IN CASE OF PROBLEMS WITH MANUAL RESET
To solve problems with manual reset, remove the cause that generated them, disconnect the MSC device from the power
supply for at least 10 seconds, then reconnect it. With this type of problem, the device stops the motor and inhibits its
control.
Refer to the table below to identify the kind of problem:
LED STATE
8 repeated flashes
9 repeated flashes
10 repeated flashes
11 repeated flashes
12 repeated flashes
13 repeated flashes
14 repeated flashes
15 repeated flashes
*If the line switch is installed on the system.

DESCRIPTION
Command not connected or MSC turned off.
Command switched on and enabled
Command switched on and disabled
Hold function activated
DESCRIPTION
Low input voltage
Voltage dropped below 10.5V. Check supply voltage. The signal disappears automatically when the
voltage rises above 11.5V.
Motor overtemperature
The temperature sensor on the motor (if installed) has reached the tripping threshold. Motor is stopped.
Wait for the motor to cool down.
Drive overtemperature
The internal temperature has exceeded the allowed threshold. Motor is stopped. Check the installation
environment and MSC position. Check that there are no external causes that prevent correct ventilation.
High input voltage
The voltage has exceeded the maximum threshold (16.5V for MSC400 model, 33V for MSC800 model).
Motor is stopped. Check supply voltage. The signal disappears automatically when the voltage drops
below 15.5V for the MSC400 model or 31V for the MSC800 model.
Fan jammed
One of the two cooling fans is blocked due to external causes (foreign bodies blocking blade movement),
or malfunction. If the problem persists, contact a Quick
Lack of input voltage
Voltage is lower than 8V. Motor is stopped. Check supply voltage.
The signal disappears automatically when the voltage rises above 10.5V.

Overload on line switch command output*
Check the wiring of the control cable and the operating status of the line contactor.
Both fans blocked
Both cooling fans are blocked due to external causes (foreign bodies blocking blade movement), or mal-
function.
If the problem persists, contact a Quick
Line switch command output not connected*
Check the wiring of the control cable and the operating status of the line contactor.
Low motor absorption
Check the wiring of the power cables and the operating status of the motor.
Motor output in short circuit or overload
Check the wiring of the power cables and the operating status of the motor.
Make sure that the propeller is not blocked.
