This device uses resistance and balance to produce the desired result. In order to function, it is designed to move and shift based on user weight and
exercise movement. Be sure to safely mount the device with the proper orientation for the intended exercise and maintain your stability while exercising.
Be sure the workout area is clear of any obstructions for the safe operation of the device and for emergency dismounts. Keep third parties out of this space
when the device is in use.

Set up and operate this device on a solid, level, horizontal surface.

If replacement parts are necessary, use only genuine Nautilus replacement parts and hardware. Failure to use genuine replacement parts can cause a risk
to users, keep the device from operating correctly and void the warranty.

Before each use, examine this device for loose parts or signs of wear. Do not use if found in this condition.

Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry.

Always wear rubber soled athletic shoes when you use this device. Do not use the device with bare feet or only wearing socks.

Make the device stable before you mount it. Use caution when you mount on or off of the device.

Correctly adjust and safely engage the device.

Before you start your workout, make sure that your surroundings are free from possible interference and third parties. Your workout free space should be
24" (0.6 m) more than the maximum reach of the exercise in all directions.

Do not over exert yourself during exercise. Operate the device in the manner described in the program.
•
Only apply your weight to the deck area of the device. Do not use the removable mobile device tray as a grip or step area.
•
Be sure not to step or rest a body part on your mobile device or damage to it may occur.
•
Keep the device clean and dry. After each workout, use a damp cloth to wipe your device free of moisture.
•
Perform all regular and periodic maintenance procedures recommended in the Instructions.
•
Exercise on this device requires coordination, strength, and balance. Be sure to anticipate that changes in height, location, muscle fatigue, and stability can
occur during workouts, and be attentive in order to avoid possible injury.
•
To prevent unsupervised operation of the device always secure it when not in use. Place the device in a secure location from children and pets.
•
Keep any bystanders, children, and pets clear of the device and movement during operation.
•
For institutional use, request proper instruction.
