When adhesives from film build up on the rollers, the quality of lamination will decrease and jamming may occur. Please
clean the rollers regularly.
6. Place the cover and screws back into place and tighten.
7. Use and store this unit in a dry area, damp area may damage the machine.
1. Turn on the laminator and set the temperature to 100°C(212°F) and set
the mil thickness to 75mic.
2. Insert a sheet of clean thick paper (about 0.5mm to 1/50" thick) into the
front opening of the machine 2-3 times to remove excess adhesives from
the rollers.
3. To thoroughly clean the rollers make sure the machine is in the COLD mode
and the rollers are completely cool.
4. Unscrew the 2 screws on the cover using a screwdriver. Once the screws
are off, remove the top cover.

POWER 5. Use a cleaning solvent such as Laminex Poly-off or something equivalent on
a lint free cloth to clean residue on the rollers.
(Do not use alcohol or petroleum based cleaning solvents or abrasives).
