Zip-fastened casing insulation installation instructions
Operations for installing the casing insulation must be carried out indoors by two people (by three people
for large boilers) with an environment temperature of 18
The bottom insulation (if it is to be installed) must be mounted first. Then the insulation casing
wrapped around the boiler is mounted. Prefabricated holes in the insulation must be properly placed against
the surface of the boiler.
Fasten both edges of the insulation casing by gently pulling the zip fastener arrow-wise (vis. Fig. 1).
Make sure the insulation does not shift. The insulation holes must be placed against the inlets and outlets of
the boiler.
Keep both parts of the zip fastener less than 20 mm apart before closing the case. (vis. Fig. 2). Keep
foam away from the zip fastener.
After closing the zip fastener install the upper polystyrene cap and fix the outer foil or plastic cover on top
of it. Outlet caps can be stuck to the connection spots, if necessary (vis. Fig. 3).
Keep insulation in a dry storage area.
The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by not observing these instructions.
