5. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The unit does not turn on or
off.
The product emits unusual or
no mist.
Water leaks.

Cause
Not enough water in the tank. Add water to the tank.
The power cord is not
connected properly.
Not enough or too much
water in the tank.
The water tank is dirty.
The air inlet or the product's
base is dirty.
The upper lid and the inner
cover are not fixed properly.
Temperature is too low or
there is too much humidity
and mist condenses, forming
water droplets.
Solution
Disconnect the power cord,
check the cord and connect it
again.
Add the correct amount of
water (do not exceed the max.
mark).
Follow the "Cleaning and
maintenance" steps.
Clean both the air inlet and
the product's base in order to
remove blockages.
Remove the upper lid and the
inner cover so mist can be
released and installed them
back in their correct position.
Do not operate the product
under humid or extremely
cold conditions.
