7.8.1 Setting a parameter

1 To set the background parameters, keep the <Selector switch> (6) depressed for at least 5 seconds.
2 Select a parameter by turning the <Selector switch> (6). The table lists an overview of the available
parameters under:

3 Confirm parameter by pressing the <Selector switch> (6).
4 Set a value for the selected parameter by turning the <Selector switch> (6).
5 To save the setting, press <Softkey 4> (9).
7.8.2 Displaying a parameter in the 7-segment display

To display numerical values of the parameters in the 7-segment display, proceed as follows:
1 Keep the <Selector switch> (6) depressed for at least 5 seconds.
2 Select a parameter by turning the <Selector switch> (6).
3 Confirm selection of the parameter by pressing the <Selector switch> (6).
4 Press <Softkey 2> (11) to show the current parameter in the 7-segment display.
5 To save the setting, press <Softkey 4> (9).
7.9 Setting the user level
The user level limits the access options to parameters for configuring the power source. If a desired
parameter cannot be set, you can change the user level

Settings
Only wire feeder and arc length correction.
Values for wire feeder, dynamics and arc length correction.
Same as XA. The detailed screen shows additional settings for gas
preflow and postflow speed, slow wire speed and wire back-burn, and
duration of the high-current phase and of the end crater current.
