7 Operation

7.2 Main window of the LC display

The main window is displayed after starting the device. It shows characteristics and welding parameters. In
addition, the main screen shows selected parameters, which can be selected in the overview by pressing the
<Selector switch> (Fig. 2 Remote control operating panel on page EN-10). Turning the <Selector switch>
changes the parameter value.
<Softkey 4> toggles between the main window/overview display and the main window/detailed display.
The detailed view shows a diagram of the process sequence. The items are selected by pressing the
<Selector switch>. Turning the <Selector switch> changes the selected value.

7.2.1 Display header area

The header area is divided into two lines. The top one shows the currently selected characteristic. The bottom
line shows expected values for the welding parameters, voltage, current intensity, A dimension and material
thickness.
