    Please, read this manual carefully in order to: make a successful installation and start-up, know the total potential of the machine, and take into account all the needed circumstances for a proper and long-lasting performance. 1. SAFETY 1.1. HEAT EXCHANGER HANDLING RISKS This equipment has been made using modern technology and following current safety good practices.

    ENGLISH Be sure that pressure is always lower than 3,0 bars in Secondary and 10 bars in the Primary. The exchanger or the environment could be damaged. Check weekly that the exchanger and their connections are well tight and there are not damages on them.

  • Página 9 ENGLISH HEAT EXCHANGER CONNECTION TO A FILTER/PUMP CIRCULATING SYSTEM • Connect the boiler cycle to the primary heat exchanger. • Connect the heat exchanger secondary to the pool pipings by means of connections of tube with tube clips or by means of inner spirals with connections of plastic/brass screw.

    ENGLISH 1. START UP AND OPERATION In the Inox Titanium water-water heat exchanger the heat is transferred from the boiler cycle to the pool water cycle. The heat exchanger is made of titanium so it is suitable for water that contains a high amount of Cl (as brine, therapeutic or of water of sea swimming pools).

    Instalar el intercambiador de calor únicamente en espacios libres de escarcha y provistos de una atmósfera no agresiva. Cualquier goteo de agua sobre el intercambiador de calor podría dañarlo.     CONEXIÓN DEL INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR A UN SISTEMA DE CIRCULACIÓN DE FILTRO/BOMBA • Conectar el ciclo de calefacción de agua al lado principal del intercambiador de calor. • Conectar el lado secundario del intercambiador de calor a las tuberías de agua de piscina mediante conexiones de tubo con abrazaderas de tubo o mediante roscas interiores con conexiones de tornillo de latón/plástico.

    PUESTA EN MARCHA / FUNCIONAMIENTO En el intercambiador de calor de flujo inverso, el calor se transfiere del ciclo de calefacción de agua al ciclo de agua de piscina. El intercambiador de calor está fabricado en titanio y está indicado para aguas con valores altos de cloro libre (p. ej., piscinas de salmuera, terapéuticas o de agua de mar).
