Please refer to the figures below in which the correct positioning of the finger is indicated. Please register multiple
fingers as back-up.

CAUSES AnD SoLUTIonS:
Make sure the positioned finger is clean and dry and that the pressure on the fingerprint sensor is sufficient.
Make sure that the user ID is typed in first before placing the finger on the sensor.
