BATTERY CHARGER CARD FOR CONNECTING TO THE QK-CE220CT CONTROL UNIT
This accessory completes the electronic bollard equipment if you need to keep the no-parking device raised when there is a power failure.
In fact, a battery charger card maintains a bu er battery in peak e ciency that will work whenever there is a power failure, powering the no-
parking device's electric emergency brake directly.
2. CONNECTIONS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICAIONS
The use of this accessory is only for what is described above.
Other uses besides those mentioned by the manufacturer are forbidden.
Wire the accessory, using ducts and cable clamps that will maintain the container's original protection level.
To ensure correct operation the electronic QK-BPACKCT card must be connected to the same power line as the QK-CE220CT control unit.
Lastly, with two leads having a cross section of at least 1 mm
card to contacts 13-14 on the QK-CE220CT card respectively.
We recommend having the no-parking device checked thoroughly once a year as well as the bu er battery that comes with the accessory,
QK-BPACKCT.
Measure the battery charger's output voltage by disconnecting the battery from the faston contacts and connecting a multimeter, measuring
in Volt DC. Voltage should be about 13.8V. If the output needs adjusting do it via trimmer VR1.
If you nd that the battery is no longer e cient, take it to the appropriate disposal centres and replace it with one of the same quality and
that has exactly the same electrical features.
