5 Maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance operations should be carried out by a qualified professional.
BAXI ROCA shall not be held responsible for any damage resulting from work performed by non-qualified staff
or failure to comply with these instructions.
The terms and conditions under the guarantee require that the operation, preventive & corrective maintenance of the boiler
be carried out properly.
Regular maintenance performed by professionals will ensure safe operation and long service life of the boiler.
5.1 Removing the burner

Switch off the power supply.
Shut off the gas cock.
Remove the front panel door.

Unplug the connectors located
under the control box and the control
panel.

Remove the gas train (pay
attention to the gasket).

Remove the bottom plate.

Unscrew the burner plate nuts.

Pull the burner assembly
horizontally.
Check the condition of the burner's
surface; clean the burner.
Check the position and condition of the
electrodes (see drawing).
Before refitting the burner, clean the
flue.
5.2 Cleaning
It is advisable to clean the flue at
least once a year.
