Yoghurt Recipes (Programme 14)

Plain yoghurt

1. Put a glass of water into the bread pan. Use boiling water to completely remove
any residue from the container. Wait for a moment until the container is cooling.
2. Once the container has cooled down, you can add the pure milk and plain
yoghurt.
3. Then start the Yoghurt programme (14). Depending on your taste, you can add
sugar and fruit as soon as the yoghurt is ready.

2. Mix the pure milk, yoghurt starter and sugar with a blender. Pour the mixture into
the bread pan.
3. Then start the yoghurt programme (14).
