ADVICE ON SAFETY SPECIFIC TO SWIMMING POOL COVERS
- This cover cannot replace common sense, or individual responsibility. Nor can it make up for a lack of
vigilance on the part of parents and/or responsible adults, as such vigilance remains the key factor in
protecting young children.
- The pool must be covered systematically in the event of absence from home, even if such absence is
only brief.
- Make sure there are no bathers or floating objects in the pool before and during the operations.
- Keep all tools necessary to roll up or unroll the cover out of the reach of children.
- The mechanism must only be operated by a responsible adult.
- Apart from for raised movable floors, prohibit all persons from going onto, walking on or jumping on a
safety cover.
- Take all measures to prevent access to the pool by young children until any repairs are complete, or in
the event of malfunction preventing the pool being closed or made safe.
! WARNING !
Full safety can only be provided if the cover is fully unrolled, fastened in place and installed in compliance
with the manufacturer's instructions.

For swimming pools with steps along the longer side, the following components will be added :
1 step module completely assembled in the works and ready to install.

RESOURCES AND TOOLS REQUIRED
To make the task easier, it is preferable for the assembly work to be carried out by two persons.
Tools required :
1 cordless drill, with depth guide (or a 230V corded drill if the pool is empty).

1 12-mm drill bit.

1 10-mm drill bit (if steps along the length).

1 mallet.

1 measuring tape.

1 protractor.
