GUARANTEE
In compliance with Royal Legisla�ve Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, by which the
consolidated text of the General Law on Protec�on of Consumers and Users (or
equivalent legisla�on subs�tu�ng it) is approved, all tuctuc products are guaranteed
for 2 years from the delivery date.
Although if the product is found to be faulty during the first six months it is supposed
(except if there is proof to the contrary) that the product has a manufacturing fault,
from the sixth month on, the consumer will have to prove that the fault was not
caused by misuse of the product.
This guarantee includes firstly, the repair and replacement, and if this is not possible
or dispropor�onate, a reduc�on in the price or the termina�on of the contract.
To be en�tled to this guarantee, the consumer must report the fault within two
months of having knowledge of it and must present the purchase receipt. If the consu-
mer were to inform of the fault a�er this two-month period, they will assume the
damages established in Law.
The guarantee includes:
· Any manufacturing defect of the product or its accessories when used in
normal clima�c and geographical condi�ons and in compliance with the use
and maintenance instruc�ons.
The guarantee does not include:
· Any damage caused by normal wear and tear.
· Any damage caused by an accident.
· Wear of wheels or fabric during the use of the product.
· Natural fading of colours.
· Claims for products that have been manipulated or modified.
· Any product repaired by third par�es.
· Any damage caused by inadequate maintenance of the product
(Follow the instruc�ons for use).
WARNING: Products purchased second hand or in non-authorised establishments will
be guaranteed by the sellers, as established in law.
