Troubleshooting Guide
ISSUE
Unit discharges a musty odor
Unusual tone, noise or vibration
POSSIBLE CAUSE
High level of water in basin
Water basin not cleaned or dumped after use
Separator clogged or dirty
Damp HEPA Neutralizer
Rainbow stored on water basin
Separator clogged or dirty
Water level is above center post in water basin
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Empty water basin and refill to correct level
Clean water basin and use Rainbow Fresh Air solution while cleaning
Remove separator and clean (See page 8)
Remove HEPA Neutralizer and clean or replace
Do not store Rainbow on water basin
Remove separator and clean
Empty water basin and refill to correct level
