The diaphragm on the air intake hole must be removed in case of separate discharges, when the piping length
is more than 9 metres.
The air intake hole closing plug and seal gasket must be always mounted when the fume evacuation system has
a concentric discharge.
ASSEMBLING THE SHELL
The boilers are supplied with mounted shell.
Water and electric connections can be carried out without having to remove and mount any parts of the shell.
Opening and removing the front door, without any implement, allows complete accessibility to the instruments
panel.
FIRST BOILER IGNITION AND ADJUSTMENT
- Check the pressure on the water column manometer, if present, to make sure that the boiler is full.
- Remove the pressure intake screw at the inlet of the gas valve and connect a water column manometer.
Open the gas tap. Check that the upstream gas pressure is equal to the values required in the technical data
table (feeding pressure).
Warning: if the pressure is higher, connect pressure reducers upstream of the boiler or of the boiler room, or
contact the dealer.
- Connect the plug or start the switch upstream of the boiler. The voltage presence pilot lamp lights up. If the
voltage presence pilot lamp does not light up:
1) Check the presence of voltage supply
2) Check the boiler connection to the supply mains
- Turn the main switch on.
- Check that the fan pilot lamp lights up. If not.
1) check the fan rotation
2) if the fan is rotating, check:
- that the pilot lamp has not burnt,
- that the pressure switch performs the switching
- that the air diaphragm is present
- that there are no bottlenecks on the connection pipes of the pressure switch to the fan inlet (detail 2 of
the exploded view)
