USE
How to make perfect espresso coffee
1. Turn water tank cover counter-clockwise open, then by carafe fill adequate water in water
tank, volume of which depends on the marking on carafe (min 2 cups, max 4 cups)
Note: Always switch off power and remove plug from wall outlet before filling water. Ensure
water will not overflow water tank.
2. Turn clockwise water tank cover tightly
3. Place permanent filter into filter holder and fill filter with coffee powder according to your
desire by measuring spoon (marked with 2 and 4 cups) and tamp down coffee powder, then
remove excessive powder on the top rim.
4. Assemble filter holder into coffee maker, the method is as follows: first align mouth of filter
holder with sprinkling mouth at the ➧INSERT position, handle of filter holder in left position,
then turn filter holder counter-clockwise until handle locates in the LOCK• position of unit,
Make sure that filter holder is secured firmly.
5. Place carafe on drip tray and ensure the central of lid aligns with the spout of filter holder,
then turn switch to
position and power indicator will be illuminated, brewed coffee will
begin flowing into carafe after aprox.3 minutes, it will take aprox.5 minutes to make 4 cups
of espresso coffee.
Note1: to avoid any splashing, do not detach the filter holder while the machine is dispensing
coffee.
Note2: Never touch the surface of front stainless steel during brewing coffee.
6. After brewing coffee have been complete, remove carafe from drip tray and dispense
coffee into cups, now you can enjoy espresso coffee.

7. Before taking filter holder down, always release the pressure in water tank, the method is
as follows: turn the swich to the "OFF" positon. steam will escape from steam tube, when the
remained pressure is released completely and filter holder is cooled down, then remove filter
holder by turning clockwise.
8. Turnover permanent filter lock, then press it by thumb to make permanent filter firm,
tilt filter holder and tap it over rubbish box, then clear out residue, wash filter holder and
permanent filter in fresh water and reassemble them correctly
Note:1. return filter lock to original position before reattaching the filter holder.
2.Don't pour water into tank immediately after making espresso coffee, wait about 1 minutes
at least.
C. How to prepare cappuccino coffee
1. First operate according to the 1-6 steps above, pour 240ml water into water tank, then turn
switch to the
position, in aprox.6 minutes coffee maker will produce enough steam for
making milk forth. During making steam, fill some milk (whole milk or half whole milk) into
cup (straight wall cup provided by custom), about 6 minutes, lift up milk cup to ensure nozzle
is immersed in milk, then turn counter-clockwise steam knob slowly when it begins foaming
milk, about 30 seconds later, it will nearly stop foaming, water remained in the tank can be
still made espresso coffee.
Note: to get better effect, move milk cup constantly up and down.
2. Mix espresso coffee with foam milk and stir them by spoon, add chocolate powder if
necessary.
